As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to build a strong go-to-market foundation, including messaging, positioning, and content that moves the market.
Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager who can own and build a comprehensive GTM strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will lead product positioning and market strategy and have a strong content mindset, able to craft messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets that connect with our target audience.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through high-impact GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a full-funnel GTM strategy for product and feature launches.
- Define and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with key buyer personas across verticals.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, customer research, and market insights to inform GTM execution.
- Create compelling product marketing content, including:
- Sales decks, one-pagers, solution briefs
- Blogs, emails, product pages, and thought leadership content
- Customer case studies and video scripts
- Own the launch process and partner with internal teams for smooth rollouts.
- Develop sales enablement materials including battle cards, ROI calculators, and training guides.
- Track GTM performance metrics and optimize for impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong portfolio of content creation across multiple formats (written, visual, interactive).
- Proven ability to build GTM strategies from scratch in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS buyer behavior.
- Highly collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a cross-functional, US-aligned time zone (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
