As we expand our go-to-market efforts, we are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Operations Manager who will take ownership of our lead-to-revenue funnel. This role is instrumental in optimizing and managing our key GTM platforms—Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and Outreach—while ensuring operational excellence across marketing and sales processes.

You will work closely with the Marketing Head, Sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to enable pipeline visibility, data integrity, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the end-to-end marketing and sales funnel, from lead generation to closed-won.
    • Design and manage reporting dashboards for funnel visibility, attribution, and performance tracking.
    • Ensure seamless integration and efficient use of tools like:
    • Salesforce: CRM architecture, data integrity, pipeline management
    • Pardot: Campaign automation, lead nurturing, scoring
    • ZoomInfo: Lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation
    • Outreach: Sales cadence setup, performance tracking
    • Monitor and improve lead lifecycle stages, ensuring quality and timely handoffs between marketing and sales.
    • Conduct regular audits of data, processes, and systems to maintain operational health.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive sales productivity and marketing ROI.
    • Lead initiatives to automate workflows and streamline GTM operations.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong command of Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and io.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining performance dashboards and funnel reports.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a US time zone (2 PM – 11 PM IST).
