To support our growth in North America, we are hiring Inside Sales professionals who are tech-savvy, target-driven, and experienced in outbound sales development for B2B SaaS.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or Senior BDRs to join our inside sales team. This role is focused on prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers in enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and leverage top industry tools to execute outbound campaigns.
This is a high-performance IC role, ideal for someone with strong SaaS prospecting experience and hands-on exposure to tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo.io, and Outreach.io.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, sequences) using Outreach.io and Apollo.io
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Manage and track activities in Salesforce CRM with precision and discipline
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging
- Continuously improve prospecting strategies based on campaign performance and feedback
- Achieve and exceed monthly outreach, meeting, and qualified opportunity goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / BDR roles for a B2B SaaS company
- Strong experience in using ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, io, and Outreach.io
- Proven ability to engage VP/C-level personas and articulate product value in early conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) to support the US market
