As part of our growth journey, we’re expanding our marketing capabilities and looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our digital footprint and demand generation engine.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can design, execute, and scale our digital campaigns across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and execution—especially in SEO, paid media, and landing page optimization.

You’ll work closely with the marketing head and cross-functional teams to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and enhance RecVue’s visibility in competitive B2B SaaS markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Own and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and gated assets.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to align messaging across digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize performance.
  • Manage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot/Pardot, etc.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices. 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques, tools, and content-driven traffic strategies.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages (using CMS or marketing automation tools).
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting using Google Analytics and UTM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a US-aligned time zone (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
