Summary :
As part of the Customer Success Team, the Solution Architect brings strong domain expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) space and will lead RecVue implementations. S/he has considerable experience with enterprise software implementations, with specific reference to subscription billing/usage-based billing. S/he will leverage strong communication skills throughout the implementation phase and strive to become a trusted advisor to our customers and is devoted to their success. S/he is an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who loves to work in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Solution Architect on RecVue implementations and take ownership of the workstream
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and team members.
- Manage and oversee implementations, including providing oversight, gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, mapping out business requirements, determining system configuration and integration with other systems evaluating data conversion, working with cross-functional groups, creating an execution plan and executing a testing plan
- Lead the team to ensure consistent and timely delivery of solutions and integration of solutions with a high-level of quality, architectural integrity and stability of RecVue application
- Evaluate all billing and revenue functions, including integration with external systems to optimize, automate and improve user experience
- Lead the development of the project plan, prioritize project requests and monitor project completion to assigned deadlines to ensure quality and time delivery of solutions
- Has overall accountability for the implementation to include quality, accuracy, security and usability of billing and revenue information and related functions by implementing adequate processes and audit trails
- Work with offshore teams for solution architecture, estimates, delivery among other project tasks
- Coordinate with the project manager during project setup, on-boarding and planning activities
- Update management team on overall project, risks, and technology issues and propose suitable alternatives
- Travel for on-site visits to customers (25% travel is required).
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience with implementation and support of order-to-cash (OTC) and/or Revenue Management applications
- Preferably CPA or equivalent with experience in revenue accounting / technical accounting.
- Prior experience working with Big 4 consulting firms is preferred.
- Must have prior implementation experience in Oracle ERP, NetSuite ERP and/or Workday with a focus on Order-to-Cash business processes
- Good understanding of Subscription and Usage-Based Billing concepts is highly desired
- Must have excellent client-facing skills including self-presentation and clarity of verbal and written communication
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills required.
