As we continue to expand in North America, we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative Manager to lead and scale our Inside Sales function.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative Manager will oversee our North America-focused inside sales team, driving outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales management experience.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, mentoring Inside Sales Representatives (BDRs/SDRs), and ensuring alignment with Sales & Marketing to achieve pipeline targets for enterprise B2B SaaS opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on the North America market.
- Develop, implement, and optimize outbound prospecting strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns).
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and market strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (activity, meetings, opportunities) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure CRM discipline and reporting accuracy in Salesforce.
- Identify skill gaps, run training sessions, and foster a performance-driven culture.
- Personally engage with strategic prospects as needed to model best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in US-focused inside sales/BDR/SDR roles for a B2B SaaS company.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of team management experience (managing SDRs/BDRs).
- Strong knowledge of inside sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, etc.
- Proven track record of engaging senior decision-makers (VP/C-level) and converting conversations into opportunities.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Preferred: Experience in fintech or complex monetization/revenue operations domain.
Comfortable working US hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST) in a hybrid setup.
