Avery has over 20 years of experience, with 14 years in leadership roles. In her current role, she is responsible for leading RecVue’s overall human resources strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, and employee relations strategies that represent RecVue’s values and global culture. She oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.
Before joining RecVue, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer for a global financial institution. Earlier in her career, Avery held leadership roles in the investment banking and consulting worlds. She has extensive experience in evaluating and improving processes. She has overseen efforts that have resulted in: more effective and streamlined company-wide talent acquisition practices that better utilize technology, a company-wide diversity and inclusion strategy, and more thoughtful, comprehensive talent development programs.
